Well, THIS is the week it goes down! Another unique, multi-sensory, destination painting event! This time it’s at the lovely Westport Rivers Vineyard and Winery. Just driving into Westport to scout this location was soothing. As I drove down the dirt path I was greeted by the GORGEOUS landscaping and KNEW this location was right for this event! I was able to adjust the price AND time for this paint party lower than my last event, making it more affordable. This party is ONLY $40, and the price includes a glass of bubbly, art instruction and light refreshments. Additional beverages may be purchased on the premises for continued enjoyment of libations. Feel Free to bring a picnic basket and blankets too! FOR TICKETS…http://bit.ly/GottaBeHappyHour (Limited seating) Please SHARE and tell some friends about this unique, multi-sensory event!

As much as I write about things around the City and of all the hustling I get done in the City, working with the Home Schooling community has ALWAYS been some of the MOST rewarding! From my FIRST session to the latest, it’s given me a glimpse of what the future of education will be, and what I can do to help move that vision along!

ALL said and done…I’M HAPPY!!! The turn out was GREAT, so far some of Nik Ukleja and Suzanna Blake’s artwork sold which is REALLY the goal of these exhibitions! I enjoy showcasing art through curating and seeing the FRESH pieces, but uniting appreciation and support for an artist’s work is a GREAT FEELING!!! There were MANY familiar faces but I LOVE seeing NEW ones, ESPECIALLY those I invite!

Hey, this might be my last post for the year, huh!?! HAPPY HOLIDAYS Y’ALL!!! I wish I could hug all of ya’! As 2016 and my second favorite holiday (NEW YEAR’S DAY) approach I realize it’s a wrap, Folks! Yet another year we get to claim as lived through, and it treated me well! I’ve covered a LOT of ground, learned a LOT, painted on my fair share of canvas, and took my public involvement up several notches. I have HUGE plans and announcements opening up the year and I have a TON to sort out and plan. BUT, I also make it a habit to look at old work to gain perspective from past years. So, for the Resolutions being considered, I have whipped up the last installment of the ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT SERIES based in Value!
